Digital-product purchases
Because eBooks and workbooks are digital files delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the download has been supplied. Please review the title, description, format, and recommended level before buying.
When we will help
Contact us within seven days if you were charged twice, received the wrong product, cannot access the download, or the supplied file is technically defective. We will first try to restore access or provide a corrected file.
Refund review
If the issue cannot reasonably be fixed, we will review the order for a replacement or refund. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method and may take additional processing time set by the payment provider or bank.
What is not covered
A change of mind, failure to read the product details, or dissatisfaction based only on personal preference is normally not refundable after digital delivery. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's location.
What to include
Send the email address used at checkout, the order reference, the product title, and a short explanation of the issue. Never email full card or banking details.
